Vice President of Revenue Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President, Revenue & Growth to join our leadership team in Canada. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing business development strategies to achieve our corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenues in alignment with our 5-year growth strategy.
- Lead a team of Market Sector Leads to develop market-specific business development plans that align with our Canadian growth strategy.
- Provide guidance and direction to Client Accountables to develop and execute plans to grow and deliver great service to our focus clients.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and stakeholders on strategic projects to drive growth, including identifying potential acquisition targets.
- Partner with Service Line Vice Presidents and Market Sector Leads to identify, pursue, and develop relationships with new and existing key accounts.
- Develop strategies and lead cross-selling initiatives with other Montrose business segments and partner with Montrose global sales leaders.
- Extensive experience in the environmental industry in Canada, with a focus in the consulting and engineering sector.
- A successful track record leading sales and business development processes and activities at scale.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and growth targets.
- Strong relationships and reputation within the environmental sector as a strong leader and knowledgeable professional.
