Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Parts Counter Salesperson to manage the day-to-day operations of our Parts Department, utilizing our ASPEN business system and working closely with other team members to provide timely parts service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parts Sales and Service: Accurately and efficiently utilize the ASPEN business system and CLAAS parts support systems to manage parts inventory and fulfill customer orders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Parts, Service, and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of parts-related activities.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of effective department processes and procedures to optimize parts sales and service operations.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet customer demands.
  • Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with CLAAS parts and service manuals, as well as company values and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Journeyman Diploma preferred, with two to five years of industry experience and familiarity with CLAAS Parts.
  • Skills and Abilities: Prior parts sales/counter experience, forklift operation and valid certification, valid driver's license and safe driving record, multi-tasking and follow-through abilities, excellent communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Background in farming and willingness to travel and work independently.
