Position Overview:

As a Security Officer at Paladin Security, you will be tasked with ensuring the safety and security of the North York General Hospital. This role involves working full-time shifts, during which you will conduct both proactive and reactive security patrols and respond effectively to various incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill assigned shifts diligently.
  • Engage in 12-hour shifts, performing security patrols and responding to incidents.
  • Document and investigate routine occurrences through detailed reporting.
  • Act swiftly and efficiently in response to emergency codes.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills.
  • Assist individuals who may be under stress or require medical help.
  • Maintain physical fitness to stand and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Ontario Security Guard License.
