Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for building and deploying machine learning solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance machine learning models to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to integrate machine learning solutions into our e-commerce platform.
- Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our machine learning solutions.
- Master's or Ph.D. in a STEM field, or equivalent experience in data science or machine learning.
- Strong experience with advanced data science analytics and machine learning best practices.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for building machine learning solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Experience with big-data tools, such as Spark, Beam, and Kafka.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Looker.
