About the Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Loopio, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions that drive our business forward. You'll be part of a dynamic team of engineers and data scientists, collaborating to build innovative applications that leverage the power of data.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience in fast-paced, agile software development environments.
  • A strong track record of developing machine learning-driven applications.
  • Deep understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Expertise in ETL processes, data warehousing, data modeling, and data architecture.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between data scientists and production engineers, translating proof-of-concept models into robust, scalable systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (Redis or Cassandra), data processing frameworks (Spark or Presto), and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
  • Full-stack development capabilities, taking projects from initial concept to production deployment.
  • Experience with microservice architectures.
  • Strong test automation skills (unit and functional testing).

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning applications.
  • Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
