As a pivotal member of our team at Raymond James Financial, you will play a crucial role in the administration of estate and trust accounts. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional service to our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of estate and trust accounts, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments including Compliance, Operations, and Legal to address administrative and legal challenges.
- Participate in audit processes, ensuring adherence to internal and external standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) such as attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors to promote collaboration for the benefit of high-net-worth clients.
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing estate, trust, and power of attorney accounts.
- Familiarity with high-net-worth clients and their financial advisors.
- A university degree in a relevant field is required; STEP or MTI designation is advantageous.
- A commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
