Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish supplies, including food, beverages, and condiments, as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions:

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a hot kitchen environment.
