Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Fas Gas. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that customer returns are handled efficiently.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Supervise and coordinate the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including supervising and coordinating the activities of workers, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and heavy workloads.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
Work Environment:
