About the Role:

The Banquet Attendant is an essential member of our Food and Beverage team, responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This role involves planning, setting up, and executing events with precision and attention to detail, from arranging table settings to providing meeting materials and ensuring the smooth operation of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to deliver seamless events
  • Maintain a high level of physical mobility, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 80lbs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage operation, preferably in a banquet or event setting
  • Strong communication skills, with a command of the English language and personal confidence
  • Smart Serve certification is a must
