Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Squad and support our Staff Data Engineer in building the data pipeline we need to provide Business Intelligence to all departments at Stay22.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze trends or patterns in complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making and help identify business growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical expertise on data-related projects.
  • Present insights to key stakeholders, providing recommendations and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility and alignment on key metrics company-wide.
  • Coach and train all departments to run their own analysis and ensure data accuracy, quality, and completeness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5+ years of experience working as an Analyst with experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BI.
  • Strong experience in finding data insights and providing business recommendations to the company.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced working knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical modeling.
