**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Billing Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering alphanumeric data into our software accounting program.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Enter bills and invoices into the software system
  • Meet the minimum bill entry rate of 40 per hour
  • Maintain an error rate of 2% or less
  • Administer delivery details in the Customer TMS
  • Scan pro bills into the Accordex imaging system
  • Review data entry for accuracy
  • Ensure and proof scanned reports
  • Participate in cross-training for other departmental functions
  • Practice safe work initiatives
  • Participate in team activities
  • Support the billing team in daily operations

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completion of High School
  • A minimum typing speed of 50-70 words per minute
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Previous data entry experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry (considered an asset)

**Physical Demands**

The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks that involve prolonged sitting and using a computer and telephone for extended periods.

**Work Schedule**

This is a Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm shift.
