Position Overview

As a Custom Garment Specialist at ASIYANS TEX AND GIFTWARE INC., you will be responsible for creating high-quality, made-to-measure clothing that meets the specific needs of our clients. Your expertise in tailoring will ensure that each garment is crafted with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in the tailoring field.
  • Garment Creation: Design and produce made-to-measure garments based on customer specifications.
  • Alterations and Repairs: Fit, alter, and repair garments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Hat Production: Lay out, cut, sew, and press materials to create custom hats.
  • Fur Garments: Make, alter, or re-style fur garments and accessories as per client requests.
  • Sewing Techniques: Operate sewing machines or sew by hand to achieve the desired finish.
  • Pattern Selection: Choose and modify commercial patterns to align with client specifications.
  • Pattern Design: Create unique patterns tailored to individual measurements.
  • Fabric Handling: Mark, cut, and sew fabric with precision.
