Your Responsibilities
As we expand our team and product offerings, we seek a leader to guide us through our next growth phase. This position entails significant responsibilities, including:
- Overseeing, mentoring, and developing our skilled engineering team.
- Supporting individual growth as developers and team contributors.
- Providing constructive feedback on technical designs through code reviews and design documentation.
- Identifying team gaps and assisting in the recruitment of new talent.
- Taking charge of our technology strategy and the architecture of our technical framework.
- Designing the technical architecture for both new features and the re-engineering of existing systems.
- Planning and leading the implementation of design strategies.
- Enhancing our strategic positioning relative to other AEC software solutions.
- Managing our DevOps strategy and technical infrastructure.
