Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PC 13 Retail Ltd dba Port McNeill Petro Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of sales staff
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns
  • Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Manage cash and ensure accurate financial transactions
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
