The Full-Time Night Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional nursing services to residents in accordance with established medical protocols and nursing standards.
- Oversee and guide the activities of Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers.
- Facilitate effective communication during shift reports, ensuring all healthcare team members are updated on residents' conditions.
- Document significant changes in residents' health status, adhering to organizational policies and provincial nursing standards.
- Process physician orders promptly and communicate any challenges to the Director of Care or Assistant Director of Care.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations governing long-term care and nursing practices.
- Active registration and good standing with the provincial nursing registry.
