Excavation Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Excavation Operator to join our team at Hall Constructors. As an Excavation Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of excavation projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, and bulldozers to excavate sites and prepare them for construction.
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that excavation projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement safe working procedures to ensure the well-being of yourself and your team.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
**Requirements**
- 5 years of experience in shoring and excavation projects is preferred.
- Proven track record of safely working in and around construction sites.
- Knowledge of safe excavations and ability to work with blasting.
- Materials management skills.
- Great attitude towards safety, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a team atmosphere and provide exceptional customer service.
