Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical evaluations and advice to support the operation of power generation facilities.
  • Lead projects, develop work plans, and coordinate work efforts with other teams.
  • Perform as a technical expert in a designated segment of the assigned technical discipline.
  • Provide technical advice to support OPG operations and contribute to committees and task forces.
  • Keep abreast of latest developments in the assigned technical discipline.
  • Maintain written documented processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with field teams for planning and execution of testing.
  • Lead projects/studies within the discipline, involving non-standard requirements.
Requirements:
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Civil).
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in the designated discipline.
  • Experience in dealing with complex technical problems and assignments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible hybrid office environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings and give presentations.
