Position Overview

As a Construction Project Supervisor at BLUE ARC HOMES, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Work Environment

The role involves working in a dusty, noisy, and occasionally odorous environment. Candidates must be willing to relocate as relocation costs are not covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor apprentices
  • Prepare project bids and production reports
  • Recruit and manage workforce effectively
  • Coordinate activities with other supervisors and project managers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Establish and implement methods to meet project timelines
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance
  • Order necessary materials and supplies
  • Oversee daily operations and project progress
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 4 individuals, including laborers.
