Job SummaryWe are seeking a permanent full-time consultant to join our Ottawa West team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for assessing the workplace needs of each customer and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Assess customer workplace needs and provide exceptional service
- Work collaboratively with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Competitive hourly rate of $16.70
- Training bonus of $1.25 per hour for the first 30 calendar days
- Additional incentives and bonuses paid bi-weekly and monthly
- Fully paid health benefits and employee assistance program
- Flexible scheduling with two weeks' notice
- Closed on all statutory holidays
- Polite and well-spoken communication skills
- Outgoing and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends
