Mister Safety Shoes is a specialty retailer in the field of safety footwear and work clothing. Our team members practice a consultative approach to our customer interactions, providing exceptional service by assessing the workplace needs of each customer.

What We're Looking For

We're currently hiring permanent full-time consultants who are polite, well-spoken, and outgoing to join our Ottawa West team. The successful candidate will need to be able to work between 35-42 hours a week, including weekday shifts up to 8:30pm, and at least one weekend shift up to 6:30pm.

What We Offer
  • Direct Compensation: $16.70 per hour
  • Training Bonus: We pay an extra $1.25 per hour for the first 30 calendar days to bridge the gap until you can earn more on the sales floor (to be paid following the end of the 30-day period)
  • Additional incentives and bonuses that are paid out bi-weekly & monthly

  • We offer schedules that are posted 2 weeks in advance
