Position Overview

MOSSAH Foods Corp. is seeking a dedicated Pastry Production Specialist to enhance our bakery team. In this role, you will be tasked with the preparation of dough, baking a variety of products, and ensuring that all quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school
  • Experience: Between 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for an assortment of baked items including pies, breads, rolls, and pastries
  • Bake various mixtures of dough and batters
  • Develop and manage production schedules
  • Maintain product quality in accordance with established standards
Work Environment
  • Physically demanding tasks
  • Repetitive duties
  • Extended periods of standing
Essential Requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Open to relocation opportunities
