Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Care and Assistance Professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Daily Activities: Help clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist with personal care needs, including toileting, transferring, and mobility exercises, ensuring our clients' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Support with Meal Planning and Preparation: Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding, ensuring our clients receive nutritious and delicious meals.
  • Manage Household Needs: Assist with household tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and errands, helping our clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Provide Companionship and Respite Services: Offer emotional support and companionship to our clients, providing relief to their families and caregivers.
Requirements
  • Passion for Serving Others: A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Reliable Transportation: Access to reliable transportation is essential for this role.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a caregiver or in a senior community is an asset, but not required.
