**Job Summary**
We are seeking experienced and talented individuals to join our team as Lounge Servers at Smitty's Restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Greet customers and present menus, providing recommendations and answering questions.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as required.
- Assist with customer needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Verify customer identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
- Arrange table settings, clean, and perform daily side duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Deliver checks and collect payments, communicating with serving and kitchen staff as needed.
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations, as well as customer service guidelines.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
- Open availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Serving it Safe Certificate.
- Smart Choice Certificate.
- Previous knowledge of creating alcoholic beverages.
