Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Team Member at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package food and beverages to order, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, supporting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role is an asset.
- Language: English language proficiency.
As a Food Service Team Member at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
