Job Summary

As a Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program, you will be part of a collaborative team delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver EFAP services, including confidential counselling, case management, direct clinical services, and assessments.
  • Receive case assignments, establish treatment plans, and complete case progress notes.
  • Develop service plans outlining a specific plan of action with each client under periodical supervision.
  • Complete comprehensive psycho-social assessments on clients as needed.
  • Participate in in-house training as required.
  • Receive crisis calls from the Client Services Center as needed.
  • Be available to work two evenings or a weekend day of client sessions, and occasional on-call.
Requirements
  • Masters in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or other related discipline.
  • Valid registration with the relevant governing body.
  • Minimum 3 years counselling experience.
  • Experience in brief solution-oriented counselling.
  • Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office & Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
