Job Title: Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at Motion Artistry Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Production Assistant will provide administrative support to the production team, ensuring the smooth operation of film and video productions. This role involves a variety of tasks, including coordinating schedules, arranging travel, and maintaining detailed records of production activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules and itineraries for production teams
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for crew members
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including notes, photographs, and scene documentation
  • Assist with set construction, rigging, and dismantling
  • Provide administrative support to the production team, including data entry and document preparation
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production support role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Working Conditions:

The Production Assistant will work in a fast-paced production environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as standing for extended periods.
