We are currently seeking a Certified Automotive Repair Specialist to become a vital part of our enthusiastic team. We offer a Competitive Compensation Package that includes a flat hourly wage ranging from $30 - $37 per hour, a generous production bonus, a tool and boot allowance, and a $5,000 signing bonus distributed after specific milestones in your employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess all vehicles to identify any additional safety or service needs.
- Prepare a comprehensive report on the repair order.
- Estimate flat rate times for each service recommendation, utilizing provided manuals and company policies.
- Gather parts pricing and availability for each service suggestion.
- Execute all tasks as specified on the repair order with efficiency and precision, adhering to company and manufacturer standards.
- Order necessary parts upon receiving authorization, unless instructed otherwise.
- Preserve and label parts for warranty or insurance jobs, or upon customer request.
- Conduct road tests on vehicles after service whenever a wheel is removed or any repair affecting drivability is performed.
- Ensure all work is thorough, accurate, and completed promptly.
- Oversee the work of apprentice technicians or students, reporting any deficiencies to the Service Manager.
- Participate in factory-sponsored training sessions as scheduled by management.
- Stay updated on all factory technical bulletins and emerging automotive technologies.
- Maintain a high level of focus to minimize errors.
- Ensure customer vehicles are returned in a clean condition, both inside and out.
- Keep the workshop organized and tidy at all times.
- Clean work areas at the end of each shift and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Comply with all federal, provincial, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications for Success:
- Fully licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S or higher).
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive mechanical operations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A demonstrated eagerness to learn and excel.
- Team-oriented, diligent, and positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Proven knowledge and experience in automotive mechanical operations.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and capable of working productively.
- Proficient in reading and understanding instructions and information.
- Personable, reliable, and courteous demeanor.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical skills.
- Previous experience with Audi vehicles is an asset.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
