Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at BC LTD O/A RICKY'S ALL DAY GRILL. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, kitchen, and dining area.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
