Job Role Description

Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Counter Attendant. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food counters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
