About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Construction Trades Assistant to join our team at Percon Excavating Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up equipment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect construction work to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Team Support: Provide assistance to our experienced tradespeople as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
