Job Title: Construction Trades Helper

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Trades Helper to join our team at Percon Excavating Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Trades Helper will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, reading blueprints, and performing routine maintenance work. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be dependable, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
  • Inspect construction of sewer systems and pipelines
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
  • Dependability, reliability, and a hardworking attitude
