About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Great Canadian Dollar Store. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice on merchandise and services.
  • Sales Floor Support: Assist in displaying merchandise, restocking shelves, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean and maintain the store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Availability: 15-30 hours per week, flexible scheduling.
