Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Control Engineer to assist in the development and modification of control systems on our Svante Rotary Adsorbent Machines (RAMs). The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical instrumentation and control development, emphasizing work with PLC programming and logic development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and modify control systems on RAMs, including control system programming on small prototypes
  • Assist in the commissioning and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
  • Design and program Rockwell, Siemens, and Beckhoff industrial control systems
  • Develop documentation, including I/O lists, interconnect diagrams, and controls narratives
  • Conduct functional tests of PLC code under the supervision of senior team members
  • Travel to sites for installation and commissioning, and programming
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
  • At least years of experience with electrical instrumentation and control development, emphasizing work with PLC programming and logic development
  • Familiarity with designing, working with, and programming Rockwell, Siemens, and Beckhoff industrial control systems
