Control Systems Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Control Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and modifying control systems on our Svante Rotary Adsorbent Machines (RAMs), as well as programming and commissioning manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and modify control systems, including hardware specification, PLC programming, and VFD configuration.
- Contribute to the modification of existing control systems, including code modification, I/O modification, and troubleshooting.
- Develop documentation, including I/O lists, interconnect diagrams, controls narratives, functional tests, and factory acceptance tests.
- Write and conduct functional tests of PLC code under the supervision of senior team members.
- Travel to sites for installation and commissioning, and programming.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with electrical instrumentation and control development, emphasizing work with PLC programming and logic development.
- Familiarity with designing, working with, and programming Rockwell industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with designing and programming Siemens and Beckhoff industrial control systems.
