Job Title: Ironworker Helper

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as an Ironworker Helper at Nijjar Rebar & Stucco Ltd. As an Ironworker Helper, you will assist our experienced ironworkers in various tasks related to construction, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling forms and scaffolding, and cleaning up the work site.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as directed by senior ironworkers.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and tools.
  • Participate in site clean-up and removal of debris.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by senior ironworkers or supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability and dependability in meeting work commitments.
Working Conditions:
  • Work will be performed outdoors and in confined spaces.
  • May be required to work at heights or in areas with limited access.
  • Exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental hazards.
