Job Title: Junior Accountant

Vista Accounting Professional Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist in the preparation of financial information, financial statements, and reports. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Prepare income tax returns from accounting records
  • Analyze financial documents and reports
  • Examine accounting records
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Accounting software experience
  • QuickBooks, Caseware/Caseview, MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Outlook proficiency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Work Environment:
