Job Title: Personal Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Provider to join our team at Adrian Grice. As a Personal Care Provider, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition, ensuring timely interventions and referrals.
Requirements:
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Personal Support Worker certification.
  • 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in home care or assisted living.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
