We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Associate Professor to join our faculty in the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto. The successful candidate will have a strong background in applied economics and a proven track record of research and teaching excellence.
About the Role:- Teach applied economics courses in our professional graduate programs, including the Master of Global Affairs and the Master of Public Policy.
- Conduct research in the area of applied economics, with a focus on the impact of digitalization on democratic theory, institutions, and practices.
- Develop and maintain an externally funded research program.
- Contribute to the development of our faculty's research and teaching initiatives.
- Ph.D. in Economics with a focus on applied economics.
- Established international reputation in the field of applied economics.
- Proven track record of research and teaching excellence.
- Experience in teaching in a professional school or interdisciplinary environment.
