About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Line Service Technician to join our team at Chartright. As a key member of our ground operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the safe and efficient movement of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to flight crews and passengers, ensuring a smooth and safe experience.
  • Assist with fueling and loading/unloading baggage, while maintaining a high level of safety awareness.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks, including hangar and facility upkeep.
  • Support winter operations, including de-icing and anti-icing of aircraft.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Aircraft Maintenance and Facilities, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma; aviation and/or college-level education an asset.
  • Knowledge of safety requirements in a maintenance/aviation environment.
  • Strong customer service and quality service approach.
  • Solid problem-solving and judgment capabilities.
  • Self-starter, able to act independently and conduct work under minimal supervision.
  • Possess solid interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ontario driver's license with clean abstract required.
  • Radio license preferred or able to get one in the short term.
  • Possess or able to attain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and an Airside Vehicle Operators Permit (AVOP).
