Job Title: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Match Retail. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our clients across North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top talent for our clients
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the process
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment
  • Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
