- Conduct surveys and monitoring programs of the natural environment to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collect and analyze samples of materials to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Inspect workplaces to identify potential safety and health hazards and develop plans to eliminate or control them.
- Investigate workplace accidents or illnesses to identify root causes and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.
- Develop and implement health and safety plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all employees are trained on environmental safety and health procedures and protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science, safety, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in environmental safety and health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
