Key Responsibilities:

Install, balance, and rotate tires for passenger vehicles, light trucks, and medium trucks. Complete and uphold various safety training courses, including WHMIS, TIA, Rim Safety, and Customer Experience Standards. Reset and repair tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS). Ensure personal and coworker safety at all times. Maintain tire service equipment according to a scheduled maintenance plan. Perform specialized tire services, which may include studding, retreading, run-flat repairs, and nitrogen inflation. Assist with inventory management through accurate documentation and annual inventory checks. Take pride in ensuring customer safety and vehicle performance on the road.

Working Environment:

A collaborative atmosphere where hard work, effective communication, and clear thinking are valued. Frequent lifting of weights exceeding 60 lbs is required. The role involves physical demands and exposure to various weather conditions, requiring a resilient individual. This position necessitates prolonged periods of standing, crouching, or kneeling.

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience with automotive, commercial, and agricultural tires is preferred; however, motivated candidates with a positive attitude will be considered for training. A valid driver's license is essential, along with a satisfactory driving record. Strong customer service skills and a positive demeanor are required. A team-oriented individual who takes pride in their work.
