Ideal Candidate:
You are pursuing a career in Retail Store Operations and:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience; supervisory experience in retail sales is preferred.

• Have experience in C-Store/Gas Bar/liquor operations and general merchandise.

• Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate team members effectively.

• Are honest, reliable, results-driven, and strive for excellence in your work.

• Can strategically plan and organize tasks for yourself and your team, delegating when necessary.

• Have experience with Point of Sale systems and can thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

• Exhibit strong attention to detail and proficient cash management skills.

• Are willing to obtain necessary certifications.

• Are available for travel within the trading area for training and meetings.

• Hold a valid driver's license and meet the physical demands of the role, including manual labor.

• Have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
