We are seeking a skilled Banquet Cook to join our team at Capitol Banquet Centre. As a Banquet Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, entrees, and desserts
- Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in an attractive manner
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan and execute menus
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
