Job Title: Kitchen Cashier

Job Summary:

The Kitchen Cashier is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling cash transactions in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Kitchen Cashier, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with every transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and upholding our core values.

Requirements:

  • Valid Food Handlers Card
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
