About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a Family Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal services to clients in family law matters, including contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, and property and equalization of net family property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters
  • Conduct research and analysis to support legal arguments
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve family law disputes
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and case law

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of family law matters
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing
