About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our cloud solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing large-scale Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, on-time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, technical guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver complex solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve our solutions and processes.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a minimum of 1 recent project in a Financial Services Cloud environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce tools, including Salesforce DX, and experience with workflow processes at various stages of the SDLC cycle.
- Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, and Salesforce App Builder.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with relevant Salesforce accreditations and certifications.
