Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Donna Cona Inc. as a sub-contract for one of our key clients in the insurance industry.

About the Role:

This role will lead consulting and implementation services within the Global Corporate Technology portfolio, with a focus on Human Resources and specifically SuccessFactors Solutions.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor supporting business functions as our client evolves their technical footprint on their transformational journey to cloud and SaaS models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consulting and implementation services for SuccessFactors Solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor for business functions
  • Support the client's transformational journey to cloud and SaaS models
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external technical partners to investigate and research problems and provide solutions
  • Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration and/or requesting technical development that meet overall business requirements
Requirements:
  • University degree or certification in computer science
  • Minimum of five (5) years providing consulting on large-scale ERP technical/SaaS implementations
  • Demonstrated experience working within SDLC/Agile: analysis, design, configuration, prototyping, testing deployment with cloud and on-premises applications
  • Experience working with demanding business areas, managing relationships, and setting expectations
  • Ability to lead and collaborate remotely
