Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at TEK-PRO IT SOLUTION INC. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying business requirements and designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to understand their technical requirements and document them to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions that meet business requirements and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems and resolve conflict situations.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in information technology (IT) service delivery.
  • Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
