Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Support Associate to join our team at Insight Medical Imaging. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical imaging services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and staff
- Assist with patient flow and ensure a seamless experience for our patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff
- Restock supplies and equipment as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to our clinical team
Requirements:
- Grade 12 graduate
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience with a focus on customer care
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology are considered an asset
- Medical Office Administration diploma is considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license is preferred
